Curry Paste &
Seasoning Paste
Various fresh herbs and spices are blended together to form a stiff curry and seasoning paste. Certain spice combinations are appropriate to different basic foods and other more specific dishes such as Tom Yum Paste or Green Curry Paste should be used for that particular purpose only. Many different varieties of chili are used in curry paste such as red or green chili. A delicate mixture of Thai Curry Paste and coconut cream, make the dish a favorite with Thai food lovers.
